Statute, Regulations, Code of Ethics and Programme Plan

Como Provincial Council, with Resolution No. 97 dated 19th December 2006, approved the establishment of the Agency for Training, Orientation and Employment for the province of Como and defined the statute, which was ratified by a notary deed deposited with the Studio Notarile Associato Nessi notary’s office on 25th September 2007.
The Special Commissioner of the provincial authorities of Como, with Resolution No. 19 dated 17th July 2013, approved the amendment to the statute, which was ratified by a deed deposited with the Studio Notarile Associato Nessi notary’s office on 31st July 2013, Deed No. 42362.
The Sole Director, during the session of 23rd September 2013, passed a resolution concerning the by-laws related to the operation of the company/agency (Art. 4 of the Statute) and the Economic, Financial and Accounting Regulations (Art. 11 of the Statute).
The Sole Director, during the session of 9th January 2014, approved amendments to the Model for the Organisation, Management and Control of AFOL Como – General Part, Special Part and Code of Ethics - pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/01.
The Code of Ethics defines guidelines governing conduct and the Agency undertakes to perform its work in accordance with said guidelines:
Legality, Transparency, Impartiality, Verifiability, Culture of Education, Culture of Work, Social and Territorial Aspects.
The Teaching Staff, during the session on 17th June 2015, approved the Agency’s Educational Regulations for the Training Year 2015/2016.
 
The Agency for Training, Orientation and Employment for the province of Como is registered in the Register of Companies held by Como’s Chamber of Commerce.
